• Returns & Exchanges

  If there is a problem with any item that you receive, please contact us immediately either via the contact form or by writing to Roy of the Rovers Returns, Riverside House, Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0ES, UK and we shall replace the item (if possible).

  No exchanges are available on limited edition items ( replica kit/ t-shirts ). For more information on returns please read the FAQ section here.

  Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 working days of the goods being delivered. For purchased digital content downloads, you will not have the right to cancel once a download has started. Rebellion will need to check that digital goods have not been downloaded before any refunds relating to them can be issued.
