Digital Purchases / Downloads

All your digital product purchases are connected to you Rebellion Account. Digital product purchases made on the Roy of the Rovers website will automatically be made available for you to download and view in the Roy of the Rovers iOS and/or Android apps, and vice-versa, if you log in with the same account details that you made the original purchase with. 

All digital products available on the Roy of the Rovers website or apps are DRM-free.

Purchased digital graphic novels / comics are available to download from the Roy of the Rovers website in both PDF and CBZ format; purchased eBooks are available to download in both EPUB and MOBI format.

Refunds can only be made for digital purchases if no attempt has been made to download the associated files.

Reading eBooks

eBooks purchased on the Roy of the Rovers website will automatically be available for you to download and read via the Roy of the Rovers iOS and/or Android apps, and vice-versa, if you log in with the same account details that you made the original purchase with.

To send purchased MOBI eBooks to your Kindle device or Kindle app, it's probably easiest to use Amazon's Send to Kindle functionality. To read the MOBI versions on your phone, tablet or computer, please install the relevant Kindle application for your platform. For other e-readers, please check the manufacturer's documentation.

On an iPhone or iPad, you can install the Apple Books app to be able to open and read EPUB eBooks.

Returns/Exchanges

How many days do I have to return a clothing product?

You can return the Roy of the Rovers product(s) within 30 calendar days from the day you have received the order. You can only return the unworn product(s) with all original labels, hang tags and original packaging for a full refund.

Please note, that the refund amount can be affected if the value of the product is deteriorated because:

• You have actually started using the product
• The product is marked by odours such as perfume or smoke or shows other signs of usage/wear and tear
• It has been damaged while you had the responsibility for it
• The product tag/seal or packaging is missing or significantly damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. The wrapping bags of the clothes are allowed to be opened.

Will ’Roy of the Rovers’ refund the shipping costs for the return shipment?

The shipping costs for making a return will not be refunded, unless it is because it is faulty (in that case, please save the postage receipt). Since the return shipment is your responsibility, we recommend using a service where you can track & trace the parcel.

When will the refund be made?

When we have received your return we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow at least 10 days to receive and process your return. We will try to reimburse you within 2 working days after physically receiving your return. Please be aware that the time taken for the refund to become visible on your account depends upon your bank.

Can I exchange a product?

You cannot exchange a product. If you would like to do so, you need to return the product you would like to exchange, following the above steps. Once you have made the return, you must create a new order for the product of your choice.
